1. Cancellation policies
a – For individual customer – number of rooms lower than 3
– Cancellation made 5 days before arrival date: no charge
– Cancellation made 2 – 5 days before arrival date: The first night will be charged
– If later or In case no-show (not coming): 100% total value of booking will be charged.
b – For group of customer – number of rooms from 4 – 8 rooms
– Cancellation made 10 days before arrival date: no charge
– Cancellation made 5 – 9 days before arrival date: The first night will be charged
c – For group customer – number of rooms more than 8 rooms
– Cancellation made 14 days before arrival date: no charge
– Cancellation made 7 – 14 days before arrival date: The first night will be charged
d – Cancellation booking in case of god: we will not charge any fees with reason of war, seriously storm, Gorvenment Policies.
2. Payment methods
– We accept payment by credit card (VISA, Master). By this type, we will charge 3% total value of transaction.
– You can pay by cash: Vietnam Dong, USD, EUR, Pound, AUS dollars. The exchange rate will be calculated by bank rate.
– You can also pay by bank transfer. Please request our Sales Department to get the bank detail.
3. Conditions to stay.
– You must show your passport, Vietnam ID card to the Receptionist when you do check in at Reception Bar. Your passport might be kept some hours for declairing information for Immigration Department. We do not allow someone stay at Hanoi Nova hotel without passport. In case of that, your booking will be cancelled and presented as No-show.
– We accept extra person stay in the room depened on room conditions. You need to register the extra person and pay for that.
– We do not require full payment for your stay period. If you stay for long, you are required to pay for each 5 days.
– Luggage store at our hotel is free of charge, you can leave your luggage at our hotel maximum 3 months. Your luggage will be stored in locked luggage room. Please register with receptionist and get the luggage tag. When you want to take it back, please give the tag for the Bellman, he will help you with that. If you want to leave important things such as laptop, money, jewelry… please leave at receptionist.
